The Incumbent Will Determine System Solutions To User Operating Problems. Duties Will Include Evaluating The Technical Feasibility Of Proposed System Solutions And Developing Project Proposals. The Candidate Will Also Plan And Develop System Projects And Implement And Maintain Complex Systems On A Global Level. Specifications / Qualifications Three To Five Years Experience In The Analysis, Design And Development Of Large Globally Complex Business Systems In A Windows NT And Windows 2000 Active Directory Environment. Knowledgeable Of The Operations And Procedures Of Assigned Functional/user Areas And The Capabilities And Limitations Of The Organization’s Data Processing Systems Expert Levels Of Technical Proficiency In Programming, Analysis, Organization, Verbal And Written Communication Potential For Leadership Must Have Experience And A Working Knowledge Of Security Administration, And Encryption (including EFS) Excellent Problem Solving Skills With Various Windows Platforms Good Analytical skills Ability To Work With Limited Supervision.
