Provides sales and some administrative support to one or more investment consultants. Responds to client inquiries both verbally and in writing, provides quotes, monitors accounts and posts transactions. May also provide new accounts support.
Working for two large producers. Responds to all client requests in a timely manner. Handle large amounts of account paperwork. Provide a superior level of service to all Customers, Financial Advisors and Bank Partners. Assist Financial Advisor's in increasing production by prospecting and closing new business (when properly licensed). Maintain compliance standards at all times
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Series 7, 63. Ability to multi-task in a fast past environment. Brokerage experience a must.
